The Oxford Partnership Colleges is a vocational education provider that has operated six colleges in different cities of Saudi Arabia. The Oxford Partnership aimed to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for the students and be the vocational provider of choice. It was essential to have a reliable, effective, efficient, and accountable information system in all its departments to make timely interventions and decisions.
Implementation Journey
At project commencement, an off-the-shelf vendor was chosen solely for student data management. However, it quickly became evident that the system fell short of expectations. The need for a tailored solution specific to Saudi and Middle Eastern education sectors, prioritising efficiency and effectiveness while also reducing costs, emerged as a pressing concern.
In response, the StallionERP team pioneered a sector-specific solution, encompassing not only student data but all operational functions. The result was a comprehensive enterprise resource planning software. The StallionERP team successfully developed, implemented, and introduced the software at the International Technical Female Colleges managed by the Oxford Partnership. This solution gained widespread popularity among users and leadership alike.
